Jim Romanski is the CEO and the co-owner of The Romanski Group with his wife Erin Romanski. Jim entered the real estate industry in 2004 after a successful career as a mortgage lender. As the team’s CEO and Owner, Jim’s focus is on the growth of the company, as well as motivating and coaching the team’s agents and leadership. Jim also helps provide the guidance and vision regarding helping get the teams’ listings get marketed and sold and he also created the team’s exclusive Guaranteed Home Sale program in Lafayette. His marketing expertise and attention to innovation has allowed the team to double its business this past year and is on track to increase our business by 100% this current year. Jim is involved with MAPS coaching, which is the Keller Williams coaching division and he coaches our agents weekly in productivity and growth.
Erin entered the real estate industry in 1996 as a marketing manager for a local real estate team. Erin and Jim cofounded a Keller Williams Realty office in 2006 where Erin was the operating partner and broker. Since then Jim and Erin have shifted their focus to build a world class real estate team and becoming top performers in the area. Erin focuses on marketing and promotion initiatives, managing the systems and finances of the business and is also the lead trainer for the company. She manages the staff and transaction managers and with the dramatic growth of the company, her role changes regularly. With a varied skill set, Erin is able to insert herself wherever she is needed in the business. While Jim may be the more visible leader in the media and promotions and meeting with clients, Erin’s leadership behind the scenes helps the team serve clients more effectively, improve customer service, and constantly improve the company’s systems.
Jim and Erin have constantly sought out new and innovative ideas to continue to help their clients achieve their real estate goals. Jim has been invited to several speaking events around the county.
